New Research: 78% Of Support Leaders To Adopt A More Proactive Approach To Customer Service In 2021

According to a new report from conversational relationship platform Intercom, 73% of customer support leaders believe customers have higher expectations for customer service due to Covid-19. To meet the expectation of quality customer service, 78% of support leaders said they plan to adopt a more proactive approach to customer support in the new year.

B2B sales and pricing software Zilliant has launched a new Campaign Manager application designed to help B2B companies create and manage effective pricing, sales and product campaigns in their E-commerce channels. In addition, the company announced an expansion to its AI-based engine Sales IQ to enhance its predictive sales analytics that allows for additional customer insights and campaign actions.

Stensul Secures $16M In Funding To Scale GTM Functions

Agile email creation platform Stensul has secured $16 million in Series B funding, led by USVP with additional participation from Capital One Ventures, Peak State Ventures, Uncork Capital, among others. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate the adoption of its platform among enterprise marketing organizations.
