The network now offers Silverpop a presence in Australia/APAC, Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe with reseller relationships among partners such as Nitryx, Grapevine, Engage Digital, Entera and VIV.

SalesFUSION 8.0 includes an advanced designer tool for prospect nurturing, which allows users to build nurture marketing campaigns in a visual flow designer that ties sales and marketing actions together into a single integrated solution. This helps marketers by streamlining the entire lead to sales process and engages sales directly in nurture marketing programs through response alerts and lead follow-up task assignment.

InsideView Adds Automated Lead Enrichment Platform For Marketing

InsideViewInsideView announced InsideView for Marketing, the latest offering on the InsideView CRM Intelligence Platform. InsideView for Marketing automatically adds social media, demographic and financial information to lead records, which often are limited to email. This eliminates the manual process of lead enrichment, according to InsideView officials.

Early adopters of InsideView for Marketing realized an average 50% savings over manual lead qualification processes and a 33% reduction in cost per lead, according to company officials. They also experienced an 11% increase in marketing qualified leads from web forms, and delivered 64% more leads that were accepted by sales.

Salesforce.com Launches Social.com

SalesforceSalesforce.com launched Social.com, a service that allows users to advertise on Facebook and Twitter using real-time customer and social listening data. Social.com is the latest addition to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes Radian6 and Buddy Media. Fifty five of the Fortune 100 and eight of the top 10 global advertisers are current clients of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

 “Today salesforce.com is doubling down on social ads,” said Michael Lazerow, CMO of Salesforce Marketing Cloud at Salesforce.com. “Social ads cannot be disconnected from your business.”

eTrigue Updates DemandCenter Dashboards, Adds Interactive Data Sorting

Silverpop Scores $25M In New Funding

silverpop logoSilverpop announced that it has received $25 million in new funding in the form of venture debt from Escalate Capital Partners and Silicon Valley Bank.

Venture debt is a typical precursor to IPOs and acquisitions, leading observers to speculate that Silverpop plans to go public and is an acquisition target of Salesforce.com, Microsoft or another CRM provider. Marketo, another marketing automation provider, recently filed an IPO and is widely believed to bet on track to be acquired by a CRM vendor.

Citrix Adds Do-It-Yourself Webcasting To Video Lineup

A subscription-based webcasting tool, GoToWebcast allows users to broadcast unlimited audio and video presentations to live and on-demand audiences of up to 5,000 viewers, including mobile devices, according to company officials.

Act-On Reports Strong Q1 Results, Highlights Partner Program Success

Act-On LogoAct-On Software, cloud-based integrated marketing automation software provider, announced Q1 2013 results; 247% revenue and 100% employee increase compared to the same time last year.

The Act-On Partner Ecosystem (APEX) program, which began in Q3 2012, has also seen notable success. Act-On reported that the APEX program has increased its total number of partners to 287. In addition, Act-On rolled out the Agency Control Panel feature. This tool enables agency partners with a single sign-on management interface to provision, manage and report on multiple Act-On accounts. Agencies using this feature can provide clients with revenue impact report that measure campaign performance from initial lead generation to customer acquisition, according to company officials.
