Salesforce Unveils Tool To Help Sales Teams Personalize Campaigns

Salesforce unveiled Salesforce1 Sales Reach, which brings together Salesforce1 Sales Cloud, Pardot and Communities into a new solution that is designed to help sales teams deploy personalized, one-on-one campaigns to accelerate the buying journey.
Other features include:
- Micro Campaigns, allowing sales reps to instantly build and deploy micro-marketing campaigns to prospects based on their behaviors and actions;
- Real-time Activity Notifications, providing a holistic view into how prospects are engaging with their company and products anywhere, at any time;
- Lead Tracking, offering access to a 36-hour activity record with prospects' actions, and the ability to filter prospects based on priorities, drill down into specific data and see which prospects are most active, all from their mobile device; and
- Mobile Nurture Campaigns, where users can instantly manage marketing campaign via the Salesforce1 Mobile App.
