Votigo Jumps Into Social Marketing With New Cloud-Based Suite

Votigo, a provider of SaaS-based marketing solutions, earlier this month announced its new Social Marketing and CRM Suite, marking a significant expansion beyond the company's previous emphasis on solutions for social promotions.
The Social Marketing and CRM Suite, according to a company news release, includes features for running cross-channel promotions, managing social conversations and social contacts, and analyzing social media performance metrics. Major suite components include:
- Promotions Manager – Reflecting Votigo's legacy as a social promotion management tool, this component allows marketers to manage activities such as contests, sweepstakes and promotional apps across Facebook, Twitter and other major social media platforms.
- Conversation Manager – Designed to support easy management of two-way conversations with brand fans on social media sites, this tools also enables automatic scheduling and publishing of social media content.
- Social CRM – A tool that allows marketers to manage social contacts, track engagement and influence, and target special offers and communications.
- Engagement Apps – Votigo provides a set of apps such as photo and video galleries, polls and coupons.
- Analytics – Finally, the Votigo suite includes tools to track and assess a company's social marketing activities, and to optimize social marketing campaigns.
According to Votigo, the Social Marketing and CRM Suite is suitable for marketers at any sized company. Some features, however, including support for multiple administrators, user hierarchies and workflow management, are especially well-suited for enterprise marketing organizations with very large and complex social media campaigns.

Pricing for the Social Marketing and CRM Suite ranges from $15 to $250 per month, based mostly on availability of standard promotions with each tier. A custom-priced premium tier is also available with support for custom setup, data ownership, multi-brand support and more.
