NetFactor Adds CRM Connectivity With Latest Version Of VisitorTrack

NetFactor Corp. unveiled new integration capabilities of VisitorTrack to feed leads and contacts for anonymous web site visitors directly into Salesforce.com (CRM).

VisitorTrack is a cloud-based software for BtoB lead generation, designed to act as a Caller ID for a web site. The enhanced VisitorTrack features are designed to advance the capabilities of tracking, identifying and managing active web visitors.

The latest version of VisitorTrack, is positioned to enable sales and marketing teams to sort through vast web site traffic data to identify best matching companies and business contacts, and then place information into the user’s Salesforce.com CRM system as either “accounts”, “leads” or “contacts.”

Since the solution does not require web visitors to take any registration action, VisitorTrack is designed to uncover the most detailed view of the anonymous businesses visiting a web site by offering information such as: company name, address, web site, revenue, employees, industry and full page by page web site visit information.

Incorporating user-defined parameters, as well as web site behavior tracking, VisitorTrack sorts through web site traffic data to identify a company’s best sales opportunities. It utilizes a recommendation engine, which accesses the full Jigsaw contacts database, works with a user’s stored preferences to automate the best matching business contacts and their details to include name, title, email address and telephone.
