eTrigue Corporation, a provider of marketing automation and sales acceleration Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, today unveiled DemandCenter, a new marketing automation platform designed to allow organizations of all sizes and expertise levels to develop and execute demand generation programs.

Focused on providing “marketing automation for the rest of us,” eTrigue DemandCenter boasts “a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface and simultaneous campaign view that allows anyone to run successful marketing campaigns in less time with limited training.”

The solution will be available immediately and is scheduled to go live with eTrigue customers next week, according to VP Jim Meyer. DemandCenter was built on the same platform of the company’s flagship product, eTrigue Professional, but is designed to be simple and accessible enough to be used by anyone within an organization.

Meyer said eTrigue beta tested the new platform via focus groups ranging from inexperienced, entry-level specialists to more high-level marketing professionals, to ensure that campaign creation and management is easier for everyone across the board.

In order to simplify the creation of campaigns, pre-designed templates are provided with the goal of letting sales, marketing and other areas of the organization easily share and replicate successful marketing strategies.

“We’ve seen a substantial increase in the number of campaigns users are building in the new system because it’s easier,” Meyer told DemandGen Report. “They’re also building more complex campaigns, because it doesn’t take as much time and isn’t as much of a challenge to build. The sophistication of the campaigns and the number of campaigns is going to go up.”

Meyer said the new DemandCenter platform offers the capability to track prospects and leads from the initial touch point, and keeps anonymous visitor tracking details. The tool keeps the lifetime history of a prospect to cater to the long sales cycle that many companies have.

Other features of eTrigue DemandCenter include:

Extensive reporting and analysis capabilities to help manage success with best-practice and custom reports with drill-down analysis and filtering.

Simplified audience segmentation to define campaign audiences with drag-and-drop interface, view instant feedback on audience size as you adjust criteria with both static and dynamic audiences.

eTrigue DemandCenter can be used independently or integrated with leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite.

DemandCenter was designed with the input of leading marketers at companies including Cisco, Research in Motion, Skype, Fujitsu, and Palo Alto Networks, Meyer said. eTrigue customers have executed more than 35,000 campaigns and have generated in excess of $3 billion dollars in revenue leveraging the company’s platform.

“DemandCenter is the only marketing automation platform that lets us view multiple campaigns simultaneously to see how many prospects have completed each step,” said Paul Dippell, founder and CEO of Service Leadership, Inc. “eTrigue has given us more than a three-to-one cost benefit compared to our previous marketing automation methods.”
