LoopFuse Integrates Social CRM Portal Into OneView Suite

LoopFuse, Inc, an emerging player in the sales and marketing automation space, recently announced the launch of a new social CRM community site, which is fully integrated with the company’s OneView solution. By automating the process of analyzing large volumes of marketing information collected on Web sites and email campaigns, the company’s solutions are designed to help companies boost marketing productivity, improve sales ratios and close more business.

The LoopFuse community site, powered by Helpstream’s Social CRM solution, includes a public knowledge base, which features documentation and a community forum with discussions, Q&A and Idea Storms, as well as a new customer support portal. Documentation includes hundreds of how-to articles and streamcasts, reference guides, and sections for troubleshooting and getting started. This resource is designed to enable registered users to access the community to collaborate, trade best practices, submit ideas and offer feedback on LoopFuse OneView.
