iContact Launches App at Dreamforce; Now Available on Salesforce AppExchange

Earlier this week at the Dreamforce Conference, iContact Corp. featured its new iContact for Salesforce on Salesforce AppExchange, the online marketplace for cloud computing applications.  iContact for Salesforce is designed to provide seamless integration of the Salesforce CRM with iContact's email marketing services. The solution enables Professional & Enterprise-level Salesforce users to create, send and track relevant and targeted emails, focused on ultimately turning leads into customers more quickly.

Also at Dreamforce, the company launched a special promotion: "Graduate to iContact." The month-long program, which offers a six-month free subscription, targets Salesforce customers who currently use VerticalResponse and ExactTarget.

iContact for Salesforce was named "App of the Week" and currently has a 4.7 rating out of 5.0 based on reviews by current AppExchange customers. With this product, all contacts, leads and messages live within Salesforce, and there are no new interfaces to learn. All email campaign data resides within Salesforce so reports and data can be easily accessed and analyzed down to the email recipient level.

iContact also provides Salesforce users with a feature called "targeted send." With this feature, Salesforce users can learn who opened or clicked on their message and send targeted messages based on these and other behaviors — all integrated right into Salesforce.
