Hockey Stick Growth Curve Continues For Marketbright, With 320% Customer Spike

Marketbright announced it has achieved over 320% customer growth in the last 12 months. In the year since Marketbright closed its Series A funding, led by Alan Patricof of Greycroft Partners and Knight’s Bridge Capital Partners, the company has signed on various enterprise customers including Composite Software, Hart Scientific (part of Fluke), ACL, Vitria, Exalead, iJet, Ensim, LogiXML and many others. In addition, two Fortune 100 companies have begun major implementations of the Marketbright platform.

One of the most prominent customer wins for Marketbright during the period was TELUS Business Solutions, one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies. “Marketbright has helped us reinvent our marketing,” said Jeff Lowe, VP Marketing at TELUS Business Solutions. “Marketbright’s automated solutions help us stay connected to our valued customers and prospects, collaborate with our sales teams and track all the way through to closed business.”

In addition to maintaining its rapid growth curve, Marketbright has been focused on improving its project and support offering. While Marketbright increased its customer base by over 50% in the past year, the company managed to reduce overall customer support requests by two-thirds.

“Having been in business for over four and a half years, we are proud of our success and pleased to see hockey-stick growth over the last year,” said Dom Lindars, CEO of Marketbright. “We continually strive to improve our quality of service, with attention to detail in looking after our customers. The flexibility and robust enterprise features of our product have us well positioned to continue this growth.  In addition, by ‘eating our own dog food’ and leveraging Marketbright’s lead qualification offering, we have seen tremendous growth in the sweet spot for marketing automation; for mid-market to enterprise companies that desperately want an easy-to-use on-demand marketing solution while still supporting complex business functionality.”

Industry analysts have given Marketbright credit for transforming its application to be an easy-to-use Web 2.0 solution. “A new generation of marketing automation by Marketbright is now available to marketing executives and managers to improve their efforts on processes that integrate the latest in Internet and Web 2.0 technology while delivering value by advancing the interactions of customers and visitors to business growth,” said Mark Smith, CEO & EVP Research at Ventana Research.
