Zoho Adds Document Library And Location Awareness To Zoho CRM

The new Document Library module in Zoho CRM enables users to centrally store, manage and collaborate on content. Users can upload and create files in multiple format and email proposals and other collateral directly from the Document Library.

Whiteboards Can Improve Demand Generation But Few Use Them, Survey Finds

B2B sales and marketing teams have not embraced technologies such as whiteboarding for visual storytelling even though they can improve demand generation.

Only 13% of salespeople use an interactive writing surface such as a whiteboard to support their customer conversations, according to a survey of more than 300 B2B salespeople and marketers by Corporate Visions, a sales and marketing messaging company.

Nearstream And LoopFuse Combine Social Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation Tools

LoopFuse, a cloud-based marketing automation software company, has merged with Nearstream, a provider of social engagement software. The combined company, to be called Nearstream, will offer an integrated customer engagement and automated marketing platform spanning the web, email and social networks.

Nearstream scans social networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to identify and engage customers based on their intent to purchase. LoopFuse provides marketing automation to manage sales prospects through the buying process – website visitor tracking, email lead nurturing, lead scoring, CRM integration and conversion analysis.
