The In-App Inbox stores all the messages sent by Campaigns and helps with lifecycle marketing.

Pricing depends on the number of active users, so if an app has 10M monthly active users (MAU), the price ranges between $1 to $2 per 1K MAU. Support products have an agent-based pricing model and marketing automation is based on MAU.
