CloudAmp’s Campaign Tracker for Google is designed to capture data from the familiar Google Analytics Campaign URLs (e.g. utm_campaign=Yahoo) into Salesforce via Web-to-Lead forms, so marketers can know which leads resulted from which advertising campaigns or web site referrals.
By tagging banners, search engine campaigns, Google Adwords ads, and links on external web sites with Google Analytics Campaign URLs, when visitors click on those tracked items they arrive on the web site with a referral URL that contains those parameters (utm_campaign=etc.).
The Google Analytics Campaign Tracker enables marketers to capture those values into Salesforce when that visitor submits a web-to-lead form.
