Sitecore Announces Stylelabs Acquisition, Aims To Build End-To-End Digital Marketing Solution

Sitecore, a customer experience management company, has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Stylelabs, a content marketing management provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Stylelabs provides digital asset management, marketing resource management and product information management solutions. By acquiring the company, Sitecore aims to enhance its Experience Cloud and enable marketers to create, manage and optimize content from beginning to end.
