Salesforce Acquires Evergage

In a blog post announcement, the company stated that the acquisition will help companies deliver relevant, data-driven experiences across channels, including web, email, mobile, adtech, social, call-center and more. Evergage’s cross-channel personalization and machine learning capabilities complement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, positioning joint customers to deliver relevant customer experiences across the buyer’s journey, according to Karl Wirth, CEO & Founder of Evergage.
“Given our shared commitment to customer success, joining Salesforce just makes sense,” Wirth wrote in the blog post announcement. “We’ll be able to do what we do better and at a much greater scale and pace than we ever could before.”
