Outsell’s Digital Engagement Platform Goes Social

Outsell, a digital marketing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, released Outsell Social, which is designed to help dealers engage with customers and prospects across popular social networks through the use of data and behavioral analytics.

Outside Social has four main features:

  • Ad-based Messaging, which enables brands to engage in customer conversation on Facebook;
  • Social Scheduler, which automatically gathers and shares relevant content through social media;
  • Social Scorecard, which calculates the average review score from social sites and relays which social efforts are performing strongly; and
  • Social Status, which monitors customer feedback from social review sites.
