LeadLife Unveils Version Designed To Deliver Insight Into Web Visitors

LeadLife Solutions, Inc. recently announced a new version of its LeadLife on-demand lead management software designed to generate, score and nurture leads for BtoB marketers. Chief among the enhanced capabilities in LeadLife version 4.3 is real-time visitor tracking designed to provide users with instant visibility into prospects visiting their Web site.

Accessible from the LeadLife dashboard, Visitor Tracker is designed to make all Web site visitors visible, including anonymous visitors not signed-in. The new tracking feature is designed to enable intelligence on what products or services a prospect is looking to buy by analyzing their page views, as well as what search words they used to find a Web site. This new feature is designed to offer a more targeted approach, allowing users to determine if a prospect company is reacting to sales calls or nurturing campaigns anonymously.

Visitor Tracker generates robust reports designed to assess which companies are most active on a Web site by day, week or month; which pages they viewed and duration of stay; and where site visitors are coming from based on geographic location.

In particular, the ability to identify anonymous site visitors could give visibility into new, previously unrevealed sales opportunities, while the real-time component makes it possible to instantly alert sales when one of its prospects is viewing the site, according to Lisa Cramer, President of LeadLife Solutions. "It provides a new level of prospect identification and analysis that can increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead to dramatically greater sales performance," Cramer said.

Also in LeadLife version 4.3, the e-Newsletter module has been enhanced with a wizard-driven interface for setting up email newsletters from start to finish in five steps. There are also more than 20 new template styles to choose from, and dynamic content capabilities designed to enable users to tailor e-Newsletter subject matter to specific prospects. The new version—also designed to simplify list selection for sending e-newsletters—offers users the ability to choose an unlimited number of recipients.
