Invoca Launches Inbound Call Routing Platform For Marketers

Invoca placeitInvoca, a call tracking and analytics solution provider, has launched Invoca for Performance Marketers, a platform designed to help businesses increase revenue through inbound phone initiatives by offering real-time call routing and conversation analysis.

Features of the new platform include:

  • Invoca Engage, described as real-time routing and engagement features to enable marketers to analyze and direct calls to the ideal location based on who is calling, the campaign that drove the call, payout budgets and campaign call caps.
  • Invoca Connect, a scalable campaign and partner management tool which enables users to manage and scale campaigns across an ecosystem of performance marketing partners; and
  • A Certified Call Partner Program that can enable the enterprise brands leveraging Invoca's call intelligence platform to connect with affiliate marketing partners.
