Eloqua Extends Free Implementation Service, Offers Rapid Rollout For Express

Looking to protect its position in the SMB market, Eloqua launched a complimentary implementation service program this week. The free service offer is designed to accelerate and simplify the deployment of Eloqua Express, the entry level version of the company’s Conversion Suite marketing automation platform.

Designed for quick set up and included for free as part of an Eloqua Express subscription, the service is aimed at marketers who only need basic configuration.  By working with a certified partner, Eloqua claims new Express customers can have automated marketing programs running inside a week.

The new service is based on Eloqua’s SmartStart program, which launched last year to help customers implement marketing automation programs within five days. With more than 100 SmartStart customers now up and running, Eloqua is standing behind the program with a money back guarantee. There is a fee for who decide they would like to migrate from the basic implementation service to SmartStart.

“We understand the unique needs of Eloqua Express customers and offer this no-cost option for those with straightforward requirements. Our experience with more than 500 customers allows us to offer an accelerated implementation program that we think will be especially appealing to those who assume Eloqua is out of their price range,” said Paul Teshima, Senior VP of Client Services for Eloqua. “We have a solution and option for every type and size of company out there. Any company can now have best-of-breed marketing automation software. They do not have to settle for less because of price.”

Marketers can leverage the expertise of certified Eloqua consultants to implement the free and basic program or SmartStart, which offers the added value of quality assurance checkpoints and intelligent best practices.

Members of Eloqua’s certified partner network have expressed support for the new programs. "Eloqua is setting the bar for the marketing automation industry," said David Lewis, Founder and President of DemandGen, an Eloqua certified partner. "Unlike competitive free offerings, this program pairs customers with certified Eloqua experts to ensure they get the most out of their investment in marketing automation. We are already working with a client on this new Eloqua Express implementation program—helping them build their first nurturing program, teaching them how to design and implement a lead scoring system, and providing valuable insight in terms of their overall marketing success planning."

As part of the basic implementation and SmartStart programs, Eloqua offers elements including:
