Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) has partnered with Microsoft to deliver more efficient and seamless access to its commercial data through Microsoft’s cloud services. The partnership enables D&B to power core applications and build new services on Microsoft Azure.
The integration positions users of both D&B and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to benefit from data integrated directly into their CRM, streamlining the process to access information so that it saves time and improves productivity. By leveraging Microsoft’s Common Data Service, customers can qualify sales leads and synchronize with D&B’s database of more than 265 million business records.
"We want our customers to have the most up-to-date data when they need it and where they want it," said Josh Peirez, President and COO of Dun & Bradstreet, in a statement. "By partnering strategically with Microsoft, we can take advantage of the scale and speed of cloud-based technologies, accelerate our innovation and power seamless access to our data and insights."
