Corporate Visions Updates Customer Conversation Courses

Corporate Visions, a marketing and sales messaging, content and skills training company, announced that it will enhance two skill development programs in its Customer Conversation Systems offering to help B2B sales teams drive greater value in their buyer conversations.
Customer Conversation Systems uses insights from Corporate Visions’ behavior science studies to help sales gain the necessary skills to optimize their buyer conversations. Two courses, Create Value™ and Expand Value™, will be updated for “High-Velocity Selling,” exploring new tactics sales reps can use to build and expand on customer relationships. Specifically:
- Create Value™ was re-designed to include prospect acquisition training courses, where reps will learn how to create value for buyers and differentiate their company from competitors; and
- Expand Value™ will now focus on customer retention and how sales reps can build stronger customer relationships for recurring revenue.
"High-velocity sellers must quickly move through the process — from prospecting to presenting to closing, and from reinforcing to renewing to expanding," said Tim Riesterer, Chief Strategy Officer at Corporate Visions, in a statement. "That means the training content needs to be as efficient and effective as these sellers, and the concepts must equip them to execute the best customer conversation on every call."
