Cliently Secures $1M In Seed Funding, Hires New CTO To Fuel Growth

Cliently, a sales engagement platform for small businesses, raised $1 million in its largest seed funding round to date. The round was led by Active Capital with additional participation from AltaIR Capital.
The company said the funds will be used to help grow the business and improve platform capabilities. To support this growth, Cliently has appointed Huey Ly as Chief Technology Officer. Ly joins the company with previous experience as the Senior Software Developer for Filestack and Software Engineer for Rackspace.
Cliently hinted at an upcoming announcement next quarter that will bring more interactivity to marketing and sales inboxes.
