Bizzabo Releases Onsite Check-in Experience

Bizzabo, the Event Experience OS, launched an upgraded onsite check-in solution that seeks to enhance data-driven experiences to power in-person and hybrid events. The new solution — powered by Klik’s technology (Bizzabo’s most recent acquisition) — is designed to provide event leaders with more flexibility and a better user experience for event organizers, attendees, speakers and sponsors.

Bizzabo’s onsite offering aims to create a consistent brand experience from registration onward with a promotional website, check-in, badges, lanyards and kiosks. Key features include:

  • Self-serve or full-service delivery with a simple set-up and deployment;
  • Fully branded check-in screen with a touchless check-in experience;
  • Custom consent forms for attendees;
  • On-demand badge printing and QR code scanning;
  • Real-time event data in Bizzabo’s Command Center; and
  • Automated lead retrieval for sponsors.
