Agile CRM Integrates With Skype To Automate Contact Tracking Process

Agile CRM, a sales and marketing automation solutions provider, has unveiled a new integration with Skype that enables customers to use Skype’s video and voice calling services directly within the CRM dashboard.

The company said users will be able to track Skype calls and add them to contact timelines within the CRM platform. Users can also access all Agile CRM functions while on Skype calls within the app, including sales and marketing automation campaigns, contact history, as well as reports and analytics. Agile already has telephony integrations with companies such as Twilio and Bria.

On the company blog, Agile CRM pointed out that the integration is designed so that users can:

  • Receive inbound calls directly in the app;
  • Take call notes once the Skype call ends, which attach to contact details within the CRM; and
  • See call details as soon as a call is completed.

 “Our new Skype integration helps our users to drive more conversions and increase customer retention,” said Manohar Chapalamadugu, Founder and CEO of Agile CRM, in a statement. “This integration, along with the already existing ones with Twilio and Bria, offers a comprehensive telephony suite to track customer communications.”
