Marketbright Marks New Customer Wins, Surpasses 10,000 Users

Marketbright announced several growth milestones last week including surpassing 10,000 users and four recent customer wins. The San Bruno, CA-based provider of on-demand marketing automation solutions added Exalead, LogiXML, SupportSoft and Ensim to its growing roster of customers.

Dom Lindars, CEO of Marketbright, indicated the continued momentum would help the company continue to expand its applications. "Looking forward, we are focused on further expanding our offering and providing even more advanced ways for customers to optimize campaigns and sales productivity, measure marketing ROI and rapidly grow the channel," Lindars said. "Our steady growth in the past several months speaks to the strong value of our innovative solution, and how it helps marketing teams better understand the customer and provide greater insight into prospects' particular needs at a much earlier stage in the sales cycle.”

After selecting Marketbright as its central marketing automation platform last month, search software provider Exalead said it is planning to utilize the solutions to improve the company's lead generation and nurturing strategy, and foster an improved selling approach that emphasizes more targeted campaigns and better communication among sales and marketing teams.

"Using Marketbright's solution, we have been able to quickly shrink the gap between our sales and marketing teams, while generating unique campaigns that directly target the unique needs of prospects," said Exalead Director of Marketing Eric Rogge. "The Marketbright platform was remarkably easy to implement, and is a major facet of our transition to a new form of marketing—one that emphasizes listening closely to customer feedback, communicating proactively and building relationships."

The other firms added to Marketbright's roster of new customers includes: LogiXML, a provider in interactive, Web-based business intelligence; SupportSoft, a provider of software and services automating the resolution of technology problems; and Ensim, a provider of user provisioning and access control software.
