Jaspersoft Increases Conversions With Intelligent Lead Scoring Jaspersoft

Jaspersoft’s open source business intelligence suite is one of the world's most widely used BI software applications, with more than 8 million total downloads worldwide and more than 10,000 commercial customers in 96 countries. Jaspersoft Business Intelligence Suite provides a Web-based, open and modular approach to the evolving business intelligence needs of the enterprise.

The San Francisco-based company was already using their own BI suite for reporting and analysis. But they also realized that an effective demand generation and communication solution would help them escalate more prospects into the sales funnel, fine-tune their conversion ratios and maximize revenues.

Jaspersoft called on Manticore Technology to increase the efficiency of the company’s marketing team and increase the return on their marketing program expenditures. The Jaspersoft marketing department was already doing reporting and analysis, but they realized an effective marketing automation solution would help them escalate more prospects into the sales funnel, fine-tune their conversion ratios and maximize revenues. Since implementing Manticore Technology, Jaspersoft has realized an increase of 190% in the conversion of qualified leads to closed deals.

Using defined lead score values, Jaspersoft marketing continued to nurture leads until they were sales ready.  This resulted in a reduced flow of leads—but the quality of leads was much higher.Since implementing lead scoring, Jaspersoft has realized a 143% increase in opportunity generation.

Utilizing the Manticore generated data, Jaspersoft created dashboards which were delivered each week, as well as being available on-line at all times. The marketing department now has deep visibility into current sales activities, tracking new leads to final conversions by different scoring categories and programs. Email communications are properly segmented for commercial and non-commercial audiences, including sub-sections within each group.
