Distribion Unveils Social Marketing Tool For Regulated Industries

Distribion, Inc., a provider of web-based marketing automation software, last week announced the release of a social media marketing tool tailored for enterprises working in highly regulated industries.
The Distribion Social Media Bundle is designed to work with the company's existing suite of distributed marketing automation tools. The platform offers marketers and local sales reps a single, shared platform for managing branded, compliance-ready content that can be distributed across email, print and social media channels.
The Social Media Bundle allows non-marketing employees, including local sales reps, to automate their social media marketing efforts with pre-configured social media campaigns. The posts in these campaigns can include links to rich media and content marketing collateral; posts can be timed, managed and tracked using integrated campaign reporting capabilities.
According to Distribion CEO Tim Storer, the Social Media Bundle fills a gap in the marketing automation capabilities of highly regulated companies. "Marketing automation solutions are desperately needed within many large, regulated, distributed marketing enterprises," Storer said. "Distribion provides a solution that centralizes an enterprise's content, controls how that content can be customized, and then provides employees, agents and partners with the ability to distribute that content across various channels with the simple click of a button."
