Simplus Raises $9.3 Million In Series B Funding, Acquires Salesforce Consultancy CRM Manager

Simplus, a cloud solutions company, has raised $9.3 million in Series B funding. The funding was led by repeat Simplus investor EPIC Ventures, as well as Salesforce Ventures, Cross Creek Advisor and others. Simplus also raised an additional $8.5 million in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank for a total of $17.8 million.
A portion of the $9.3 million raised was used to acquire CRM Manager, Simplus’ fourth Salesforce partner acquisition since receiving Series A funding in Q3 2016. CRM Manager is a Salesforce implementation, integration and consulting partner with offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and New York.
“To best serve our 2000+ clients, we will continue to acquire top-notch companies, hire exceptional talent and expand our Salesforce services from campaign to cash,” said Ryan Westwood, CEO of Simplus, in a statement. “We believe the acquisition of CRM Manager will help us accomplish our goals.”
